Notice of the 2016 Annual Meeting of Members of The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public annual meeting of the Members of the Corporation will be held at The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation’s Head Office, 202 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. for the following purposes:
- to present annual financial statements for the financial year ending March 31, 2016 and the auditors’ report thereon;
- to elect Directors;
- to appoint Members;
- to appoint Auditors;
- to transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
