The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation: Notice of the 2014 Annual Meeting of Members
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public annual meeting of the Members of the Corporation will be held at The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation’s Head Office, 202 Pitt Street, Cornwall, Ontario on June 26, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. for the following purposes:
- to present annual financial statements for the financial year ending
March 31, 2014 and the auditors’ report thereon - to appoint Members
- to appoint Auditors
- approval of Articles of Continuance
- approval of proposed By-Law No. 1
- to transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
An annual report will be available at the meeting. Members can be represented by proxy by completing and returning the proxy form to the Secretary at least 48 hours preceding the meeting.
