In subscribing to this service, please note that your information will be held jointly by the Canadian St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation and the U.S. Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation. Any information that you provide to us (within your subscription profile, future e-mails, questions, comments, etc.) may be used by us in an effort to improve our services.

In some instances, we may forward a question / comment that you submit to us to another entity in Canada or the United States who may be better able to help you.
